 In Florida, ILLEGAL ALIEN, Rigoberto
Martinez, was arrested for domestic violence, and instead of being
deported, WAS RELEASED ON HIS OWN RECOGNIZANCE. He was arrested
again, and instead of being deported, WAS RELEASED ON BAIL. So while
out on bail, Martinez and two accomplices abducted and robbed two
women, raped them repeatedly and set one’s car on fire. And now, no
one really knows how Martinez went unnoticed by immigration
authorities. Either the police didn’t report his arrest to ICE, or
if they did, ICE never responded and/or never put a hold on him.
SO WHY WOULD THERE NOT BE A FEDERAL WARRANT PUT OUT FOR HIM,
BASED ON HIS FIRST ARREST? WHYYYY WOULD A KNOWN, ILLEGAL ALIEN BE
SET FREE FOR WEEKS AND BE ALLOWED TO COMMIT MORE CRIMES, WHEN HE
COULD HAVE BEEN PICKED UP ON A FEDERAL WARRANT AT ANY TIME AFTER HIS
INITIAL RELEASE? Shouldn’t ALL arrests of foreigners be IMMEDIATELY
reported to ICE, regardless of the severity of the charge, and then
shouldn’t the ILLEGAL ALIENS BE HELD IN CUSTODY, or at least
shouldn’t a WARRANT be put out on them if they had already been
released? Why don’t you see these horrible reports on CNN, ABC, CBS,
NBC, MSNBC or PBS, or in the L.A. Times or New York Times? Why are
they hiding this from the American people? As far as I know,
